Where Do I Begin?

Where do I begin? My first trauma that shapes my PTSD? The year before I went “crazy”, before being diagnosed with Bipolar & OCD?? My childhood where I’m diagnosed with ADHD? I just don’t know. As I start this blog, I’m 42, it’s been a long journey so far lol. Perhaps I will start with just how I began??

I’m a 40 something year old woman struggling in a world that still struggles with itself. I have a few mental illnesses that I struggle with daily, while still being a mom to 2 grown daughters and a grandma to 4 grandchildren. I love music, to me, music is life. It helps me focus and create. My life has not been easy, it’s been a fight, quite literally, but I’m a stronger woman because of all of it.
